The Hormone Edit Founding Members Group

Program Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 27, 2026 Effective for the Founding Members Group starting June 15, 2026

1. About this agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and participation in The Hormone Edit Founding Members Group (the "Program") offered by Healthy Habit Project & Co Ltd. ("we," "us," "our," or "The Hormone Edit"), a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada.

By completing your purchase, you ("you," "your," or the "Client") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or enroll in the Program.

These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, available at hormone-edit.com.

2. The Program

The Program is a 12-week structured coaching program led by Megan Vant, a Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner (CHNP) credentialed through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN).

Your enrollment includes:

a) One Vibrant Hormone Zoomer functional lab test kit, shipped directly to you by Vibrant Wellness or its authorized distributor. Test value approximately $700 CAD.

b) One private 1:1 results review call (approximately 60 minutes) following the return of your lab sample.

c) Access to twelve (12) weekly educational lessons delivered through the member portal at hormone-edit.com, including video content, written material, reflection prompts, and quizzes.

d) Three (3) live group coaching calls held during weeks 4, 8, and 12 of the Program. Calls are conducted on Zoom and are recorded and posted in the member portal within 24 hours.

e) Weekly meal plans designed for hormonal support during perimenopause.

f) Access to direct coaching support through the member portal messaging feature during the 12-week Program window.

g) Access to a private Founding Members community space.

h) Lifetime access to the educational lesson library and meal plan content released during the Program.

Program dates: Onboarding week runs June 8 to 14, 2026. The Program officially begins Monday, June 15, 2026 and concludes the week of September 7, 2026. Specific call times and schedules will be confirmed during onboarding.

3. Payment terms

Pricing: The Program is offered at $1,497 CAD pay-in-full or three (3) monthly payments of $549 CAD ($1,647 CAD total). All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added at checkout for Canadian residents.

Pay-in-full: A single payment of $1,497 CAD plus applicable taxes is charged at the time of enrollment.

Payment plan: If you select the payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file three (3) times: the first payment on the date of enrollment, and the second and third payments on the same calendar day of each of the two following months. You agree to keep a valid payment method on file throughout the payment plan.

Late or failed payments: If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again within 3 business days. If the payment continues to fail, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the member portal, lab results review, group calls, and Program materials until the account is current. Repeated failure to pay may result in termination of your enrollment without refund of prior payments and may be referred to collections at our discretion.

No partial payments: Each payment in the payment plan is non-refundable on its own. The full payment plan is owed in full upon enrollment, regardless of your continued participation, subject only to the refund policy in Section 4.

4. Refund policy

We have designed the following refund policy to be fair to clients who genuinely engage with the Program and to protect the business from abuse given the high cost of the included lab test.

Conditional refund window: You may request a refund of your Program payment, less the cost of the lab test ($700 CAD), if all of the following conditions are met:

a) You submit your lab sample to the lab during the first 4 weeks of the Program.

b) You complete weekly lessons 1 through 4 in the member portal.

c) You attend your scheduled 1:1 results review call.

d) You email your refund request to [email protected] no later than the end of week 5 of the Program (by 11:59 pm Mountain Time on the final day of week 5).

After week 5: The Program is non-refundable in full after the refund window closes. This includes any remaining payments owed under the payment plan.

Non-refundable items regardless of timing: The cost of the Vibrant Hormone Zoomer lab kit ($700 CAD), once shipped, is non-refundable in all circumstances. You retain ownership of the lab kit and your lab results.

No refunds for non-engagement: Failure to participate, missed calls, missed lessons, or change of mind do not constitute grounds for a refund outside the conditions above.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer in lieu of contacting us first is a violation of these Terms. If you have a concern, email [email protected] so we can address it directly.

5. Health disclaimer and scope of practice

Read this section carefully. Your acknowledgement of the following is a material condition of enrollment.

Megan Vant is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner (CHNP) credentialed through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is not a licensed medical doctor, naturopathic doctor, registered dietitian, registered nurse, psychologist, psychiatrist, pharmacist, or other regulated health professional.

The Program, including all lessons, meal plans, lab results discussions, and coaching support, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Program does not constitute medical advice, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of any condition, illness, or disease.

The Vibrant Hormone Zoomer is a functional laboratory test. It is not a diagnostic medical test. Results from the test are used within the Program to inform educational and lifestyle recommendations. Results do not diagnose or rule out any medical condition.

You agree that:

a) You will not use the Program as a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed medical professional.

b) You will continue to consult with your physician or other qualified health providers regarding any medical condition, medication, or treatment.

c) You will not discontinue, modify, or delay any prescribed medical care, medication, or treatment based on information received in the Program.

d) You will inform Megan Vant of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, or other relevant health information at the start of the Program.

e) You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information provided in the Program.

f) Any nutritional, lifestyle, or supplement suggestions made in the Program are general educational suggestions and not personalized medical prescriptions.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have been diagnosed with cancer, an active eating disorder, severe cardiovascular disease, severe kidney or liver disease, or are under active psychiatric care, you must disclose this before enrollment and consult with your medical team before participating. We reserve the right to decline or pause your enrollment if continued participation would not be appropriate.

6. No guarantee of results

The Program is designed to support your health goals through education, structured guidance, and lab-informed insight. However, individual results vary based on factors outside our control, including but not limited to your medical history, genetics, adherence to the Program, lifestyle, stress, sleep, environmental exposures, and external healthcare decisions.

We make no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding any specific health, weight, hormonal, or wellness outcome. Any testimonials or case studies shared in marketing materials reflect individual results only and are not promises of comparable outcomes for any other client.

7. Lab test terms

The Vibrant Hormone Zoomer test kit is provided by Vibrant Wellness, a third-party laboratory. Your use of the test kit is subject to Vibrant Wellness's own terms, conditions, and privacy practices, in addition to these Terms.

a) Shipping: Lab kits ship to the address you provide during onboarding. We are not responsible for kits lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping by the carrier or by Vibrant Wellness.

b) International clients: Vibrant Wellness ships globally. Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of biological samples or lab kits. You are responsible for confirming that your country accepts inbound and outbound lab kits before enrollment. If your country prohibits the kit, your enrollment is non-refundable beyond the refund window in Section 4.

c) Sample return: You are responsible for collecting and returning your sample within the timeframe instructed by Vibrant Wellness. Failure to return your sample on time may result in the kit expiring, in which case we are not obligated to provide a replacement.

d) Results ownership: Your lab results belong to you. We will retain a copy in your client file for the duration of the Program and for our standard records retention period thereafter.

8. Intellectual property

All Program content, including but not limited to videos, written lessons, meal plans, recipes, worksheets, slide decks, recordings of group calls, written materials, and the structure and methodology of the Program, is the exclusive intellectual property of Healthy Habit Project & Co Ltd. and Megan Vant.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program content for your own personal use during and after the Program (per Section 2(h) lifetime access).

You agree not to:

a) Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, share login credentials for, post publicly, or otherwise disseminate any Program content.

b) Use Program content to create competing programs, courses, coaching businesses, or training materials.

c) Record, screenshot, or share content from group coaching calls or 1:1 calls without prior written consent.

d) Reverse engineer the Program structure or methodology for commercial use.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund and may give rise to legal action for damages.

9. Group setting and confidentiality

The Program includes a group component (group coaching calls and a private community space). To create a safe space for all members, you agree that:

a) What is shared in the group stays in the group. You will not share, repeat, screenshot, or disclose to anyone outside the group any personal information, health concerns, or stories shared by other members.

b) You will treat all members with respect, regardless of differing backgrounds, beliefs, or health journeys.

c) You will not promote products, services, MLMs, or business ventures to other members.

d) Group calls are recorded for the benefit of members who cannot attend live. By participating, you consent to the call being recorded and to your image, voice, and shared content being captured in that recording. Recordings are made available only inside the member portal to enrolled members.

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates this section, with or without notice, and without refund.

10. Communication and response times

During the 12-week Program, Megan Vant will respond to portal messages within two (2) business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Response times outside the active Program window are at our discretion.

Coaching support is intended to address questions related to Program content, your lab results, and your individual application of the Program. It is not intended for medical questions, mental health crises, urgent health concerns, or matters outside our scope as a CHNP.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact the Talk Suicide Canada line at 1-833-456-4566, your local crisis line, or 911.

11. Termination

By you: You may withdraw from the Program at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 4.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your enrollment, with or without notice, if you:

a) Breach these Terms in any material way.

b) Fail to make required payments under Section 3.

c) Engage in conduct that is harassing, threatening, abusive, or harmful to Megan Vant, other members, or any third party.

d) Misuse Program content, intellectual property, or community spaces in violation of Section 8 or Section 9.

e) Disclose a medical condition during the Program for which we determine, in good faith, that continued participation is not appropriate.

In the event of termination by us under (a) through (d), no refund will be issued. In the event of termination under (e), we will issue a fair pro-rated refund based on the portion of the Program completed, less the cost of the lab kit.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law:

a) The Program and all related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

b) Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

c) We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or non-economic damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

d) Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Healthy Habit Project & Co Ltd., Megan Vant, and any contractors or agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

a) Your breach of these Terms.

b) Your misuse of Program content or the member portal.

c) Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right in connection with the Program.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, you and we agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed Alberta-based mediator before pursuing litigation.

Any legal action that proceeds shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Alberta, located in Calgary, Alberta, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Privacy

Your personal information collected during enrollment, onboarding, the intake form, lab testing, coaching, and use of the member portal is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at hormone-edit.com/privacy. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in that Privacy Policy.

16. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms to the extent caused by an event beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, internet or platform outages, war, civil unrest, or labour disruption. In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Program through alternative means or to extend Program timelines accordingly.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Program and supersede any prior verbal or written communications, marketing copy, or representations.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time for future groups. The version of the Terms in effect on the date you complete enrollment governs your participation in the Program for which you enrolled.
